Israeli Border Policemen detain a studet during a demonstration against a proposed government bill favoring students of Jewish religious seminaries, in Jerusalem. Earlier this week, a religious lawmaker introduced a bill that would give allowances to students on the condition they are married with at least three children, have no other income and no car. That would ensure stipends for 11,000 seminary students, and only about 200 university students.
